From the moment the grapes are harvested, we work quickly and carefully to preserve their fresh, vibrant flavors. Our process moves seamlessly from picking to pressing and clarifying, ensuring the grapes retain their unique character during fermentation.

With state-of-the-art equipment and precise temperature control, we maintain these flavors throughout fermentation.

Afterward, our careful post-fermentation process locks in these qualities while preparing the wine for bottling. Using crossflow filtration, we protect the purity of the wine, ensuring it reaches the bottle exactly as intended.

Our ample in-house refrigeration capacity removes the need for extra equipment during peak demand. By integrating heat recovery with heating and cooling cycles, we maximize efficiency, achieving one of the highest coefficients of performance (COP) in the industry while reducing energy waste.
